Terms and Conditions of sale.
Drum City is the online and in store trading name of JMB Services.
The terms and conditions detailed below conform to UK legislation.
Pricing All prices are displayed in £ sterling and are inclusive of VAT at the current rate of 20%.
Every effort is made to ensure that prices are correct in store and that prices and pictures are correct on the web site or ebay store. However, if an error is found on the web site or ebay site we will inform you at the earliest opportunity.
Please note: Drum City reserves the right to alter, or withdraw items for sale in this instance. At this point you will be given the option to proceed or cancel the order.
Please note that prices quoted do not include the cost of delivery, this charge will be detailed separately.
Purchasing Outside The UK
Please note if you are purchasing from outside the UK please contact the store on TEL: +441708 747700 before buying so that we can quote a delivery price.
Payment will only be taken once we have confirmed stock availability. For phone orders - payment can be made via debit/credit card.
For in store orders and sales - payment can be made via debit/credit card or cash.
For website orders payment can be made via debit/credit card and Paypal. All web orders are processed via Sage Pay.
Coupon And Discount Codes
To use and redeem a coupon code, that you have received from us.
Simply add your items to your shopping cart, once you have finished shopping simply click on the shopping cart located in the top left hand corner of the screen, then click on my cart tab.
The shopping cart page will then load which will then give you an option to apply the coupon/discount code that you have.
It is our aim to dispatch orders on the day of receipt (if received before 1pm) or on the next working day either by nominated carrier service for larger items or royal mail for smaller items etc.
Standard delivery is restricted to England, Wales and parts of Scotland, for example the Highlands and Islands, also Northern Ireland and Channel Islands will be subject to additional delivery charges, please contact the Shop for a quote.
We expect to deliver items ordered to customers within 7/28 days.
Drum City will not be held responsible for delays occurring from postal/delivery problems with nominated carriers.
Returns If for some reason you are unhappy with your purchase it may be returned within seven working days.
If your purchase was made in store, this item may be exchanged.
If however, a suitable alternative is not found a credit note will be issued.
If your item was purchased over the phone or via the website and is unwanted it must be returned within fourteen working days and be in pristine (as new) condition and also include any free items that may have been included at the time of sale.
The goods must be returned using a system offering a ‘sign for’ service. This will avoid any disputes over non- receipt of items.
In addition, the original receipt, proof of purchase must be supplied.
The cost of return postage will be at the expense of the buyer.
The item must not have been played/used and all the original packaging must be as new when returned. After this point a refund will be issued.
We are unable to offer a refund in the following circumstances:
The item was a special order or has been personalised.
The item has been removed from its original packaging and is no longer factory sealed: for example DVD’s, CD’s, Microphones, Ear Plugs, In Ear Monitoring.
Faulty And Or Damaged Items
If however, the goods dispatched are faulty or incorrect Drum City must be notified within 24 hours of receipt.
We will arrange at our cost for the problem to be rectified.
In the majority of cases, goods purchased are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty which usually is for a one-year period, unless stated in the item description ie: Ex Demo, Bought As Seen, Liquidation Stock, Second Hand, Used, Shop Soiled etc.
The exception to this is for all items such as heads, sticks or any other consumable product.
Please also note that any items that have been misused ie. A cymbal develops a crack and and you continue to play the cymbal – this may invalidate your warranty.
Also note that the warranty is provided by the manufacturer and is entirely their decision whether an item will be replaced or repaired.
Therefore, if a problem develops with any goods purchased please contact us as soon as possible and we will endeavor to rectify the problem.
Drum City takes your privacy very seriously and are committed to protection your personal information.
We will not sell your or rent your personal information to third parties without your prior permission.
However, there may be circumstances when we are required to, by law for example. Your information will be added to our database for the purposes of sending you offers and mail outs.
If you do not wish to be added to our database please advise us in writing
